1. Who we are and what we offer
Soaring Revenues provides business and profit coaching and related educational content and tools. The Site describes our services and provides free resources. Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Soaring Revenues; if anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the coaching relationship.
2. Using the Site and tools
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site and free tools for your own business and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. The free tools are for planning, not professional advice
Our calculators and the goal-tracking dashboard are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. They rely on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and results will vary based on your real circumstances. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. You use the tools at your own discretion and risk.
4. No guarantee of results / earnings disclaimer
Any figures, examples, or potential outcomes mentioned on the Site (including statements about finding additional revenue, profit improvements, or returns on investment) are illustrations, not promises. They are not guarantees that you or any business will achieve the same or similar results. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and execution. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience.
Any specific guarantee tied to a paid program (for example, an ROI guarantee) applies only as expressly described in, and subject to the conditions of, your separate written coaching agreement.
5. Pricing
Prices, packages, and offers shown on the Site are subject to change and may be superseded by the terms of your written agreement at the time of purchase. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to contract until confirmed in writing.
6. Your account and your data
If you create an account to save a dashboard, you're responsible for the security of your sign-in. The goals and metrics you enter remain yours; you can export or delete them at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used abusively.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, graphics, logos, tools, and design — is owned by Soaring Revenues or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission. The "Soaring Revenues" name and logo are our marks.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (such as scheduling, hosting, maps, and email tools). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soaring Revenues and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or tools. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
